Two gentle surfactants create a rich and powerful lather to clean away impurities, sunscreens, and make-up. Colloidal oats, rice starch, aloe vera, and Bisabolol gently clean and soothe any skin irritation and redness. White Kaolin Clay deeply cleanses pores. Suitable even for sensitive and dry skin. Clay is known to draw out impurities and soak up excess oil from your pores. Infused sunflower and jojoba oils bring the power of Chamomile to soothe skin and improve skin elasticity. Calendula has anti-inflammatory properties and may assist in skin healing. Lemon balm brings balanced oil production. Rose improves skin tone and has a rejuvenating effect. Lavender, with its antiseptic power, improves and prevents acne. Vanilla has anti-inflammatory properties and is incredibly calming as an aromatherapy.
Gotu kola and Holy basil extracts improve skin balance and health. Amla extract brings a healthy glow and even skin tone. Green tea powder improves cell turnover, skin strength, and luminosity. Argan oil stimulates collagen production and improves acne. Making it suitable for acne-prone skin, without the risk of clogging pores. I meet Angela at Vegfest 2024 and after a short talk with her, learning about her backstory and inspiration for her business/healing journey, i decided to give this bar a try. Without a doubt, this is one of the best products I've ever used on my face. Being on a similar journey, looking for products that i can pronounce and that aren't filled w/ harsh chemicals, "scents," etc - this bar has given me one less thing to think about. It has become the focal point of my self care routine and it feels good, to feel this good. Also the bar lasts forever, feels great resting on your face and i can even shave after i use it without applying shaving cream or lathering my face with oil - it's that good. If i could give more stars i would.
I have been using this cleansing bar for 4 weeks straight, day and night. I bought it at the Denver Halloweegan Bash 2025, and I still have so much of the bar left. I experience pretty sensitive skin, along with acne . I am usually hesitant to try new facial products because of my sensitive skin. For so long I have been wanting to transition to more plant-based products, and stay away from drug store products. I’ve tried a lot of skin products from other apothecaries, but most use essential oils. This was the first brand I found that didn’t use them, and I must say my skin LOVES them. I have received multiple comments from people over these last couple weeks, “your skin looks so clean”, “your face is so clear”, “your skin looks healthy”, and my favorite one yet (my own compliment to myself) - “I feel pretty”. I will be using this cleansing bar for life! It lathers really well, and my skin feels like it can breathe!
I have been using this face wash and moisturizer for over a year and it’s incredible! Very light with such a yummy scent. The travel sizes last me a long time and i always look forward to repurchasing! <3
