Organic Cotton Mask

This handmade Organic Cotton Mask is the answer to a more sustainable facial ritual. One-and-done facial masks come in plastic pouches and can not be used more than once. They create unnecessary waste, which already tired Mother Nature has to deal with. Our Organic Cotton Mask can be used over and over. How? You may ask.
This mask is made with light organic cotton, and as usual a lots of love and care. So, it doesn't absorb too much liquid and is pleasant on the skin. You can dip it in The Herbal Facial Steam after it cools. You can also use your favorite hydrosol or facial mist. Let your imagination go wild. Make a mixture of Hydrosol and facial serum, or The Herbal Facial Steam, and one drop of your favorite essential oil. Always proceed with caution while using essential oils. They need to be diluted and never used directly on the skin. Also, less is more while using essential oils.
Our mask comes in a travel pouch. This pouch is also used to wash the mask in. Our mask can be washed by hand, or in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with cold water. Preferably air-dried. If in a pinch for time it will survive low setting in the dryer. While still in the pouch, of course. The more gently you treat it, the longer it will last. Over time the edges will fray. Simply, cut off any unwanted fibers. Do not cut through the stitching! Fraying will stop once it reaches stitching. Always remember to use the travel pouch while washing your mask.
